The AN-32, which according to the NATO codification was named Cline, is a multi-purpose military transport aircraft. Its technical characteristics allow operation in extreme climatic conditions, including sultry temperatures (up to 50 ° C) and high-altitude airfields (up to 4500 m).

The aircraft was intended primarily for the transportation of goods on medium and short-haul lines. It has the necessary modern transport devices: a large cargo hatch in the rear of the fuselage with a ramp sliding under the fuselage or descending to the ground, which ensures rapid unloading and loading of the aircraft from the side of the car, an overhead loading device for loading and unloading cargo weighing up to 3 tons. The dimensions of the cargo cabin and hatches allow you to transport bulky cargo, self-propelled wheeled vehicles, passenger cars.
